<p>Um mehr Frauen in Schlüsselpositionen zu bringen, ist ein Paradigma-Wechsel nötig. Es braucht Vorbilder im Verwaltungsrat und CEOs mit Haltung in Worten und Taten, welche eine Talent-Pipeline zur Entwicklung der Frauen in Richtung Schlüsselpositionen aufbauen. Zudem sind die richtigen kulturellen und strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen wesentlich, damit die Frauen in den Unternehmen arbeiten wollen. Gender Diversity in mehr als eine reine HR-Angelegenheit. Die Kommunikation «at the top» und das Unternehmensdesign be­stimmen massgeblich mit, ob weibliche Führungs­kräfte bleiben und ob divers zusammengesetzte Führungsteams tatsächlich erfolgreich agieren.</p>
<p align="left">Das Booklet beinhaltet die wichtigsten «Empfehlungen für mehr Frauen in Schlüsselpositionen».</p>

&#8211; Der Jazz wird in Deutschland von Männern dominiert.<br />
&#8211; 86% der Befragten, die Gesang als ihr Hauptinstrument angeben, sind Frauen.<br />
&#8211; Der Anteil der Frauen unter den Jazzmusikern nimmt zu, aber die Musikschulen sollten prüfen und diskutieren, wie ein ausgewogenes Geschlechterverhältnis gefördert werden kann.</p>

		<p>This year, the 17th edition of the Global Gender Gap Index benchmarks gender parity across 146 countries, providing a basis for robust cross-country analysis.<br />
The global gender gap score in 2023 for all 146 countries included in this edition stands at 68.4% closed. The overall score changed from 68.1% to 68.4%, an improvement of 0.3 percentage points compared to last year’s edition.</p>
<p><strong>HOWEVER</strong>, despite regular enthusiastic reports about improved gender equality in Switzerland, the latest Gender Gap Report of the World Economic Forum shows that we have dropped a total of 8 ranks and are now only in 21st place!</p>
<p>It is important to work on improving the framework NOW in order to achieve a work-life balance and to break down outdated role models and unconscious prejudices.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Die Führungsgremien der Schweizer Wirtschaft und des öffentlichen Sektors</h3>
<p>Erstmals beschäftigt über die Hälfte (52 %) der 100 grössten Schweizer Arbeitgeber mindestens 3 Frauen im Verwaltungsrat, gleichzeitig steigt der Anteil der Unternehmen mit mindestens 3 Frauen in der Geschäftsleitung auf 20 %. Die Zahl der weiblichen CEOs erhöht sich von 9 auf 10 – und hat sich im laufenden Jahr bereits auf 11 entwickelt. Gleichzeitig steigt die Zahl der weiblichen CFOs von 9 auf 14. Somit beschäftigen 20 % der Unternehmen einen weiblichen CEO oder CFO.</p>
<p>Der schillingreport erhebt seit 2006 die Daten zur Zusammensetzung der Geschäftsleitungen und Verwaltungsräte der rund 100 grössten Schweizer Arbeitgeber. Die Analysen zeigen auf, wie sich diese Gremien über die letzten 18 Jahre entwickelt haben, mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf die Gender Diversity und den Ausländeranteil in den Führungsetagen.</p>
<p>Der schillingreport schafft Transparenz an der Spitze und hat sich durch die konstante Zeitreihenanalyse als anerkannte Bestandesaufnahme der Führungsetagen der Schweiz etabliert.</p>
