		<p>Die Ergebnisse der Studie über die Effekte von Frauen in Aufsichtsräten zeigen, dass Unternehmen mit einer höheren Beteiligung von Frauen im Aufsichtsrat tendenziell eine bessere finanzielle Leistung erzielen als Unternehmen mit weniger Frauen im Aufsichtsrat. Bereits ab einer Frau im Aufsichtsrat zeigt sich eine höhere Anwesenheitsquote an den Sitzungen, aber diese führt nicht automatisch zu einer besseren Unternehmensperformance. Hierzu bedarf es mehr als einer Frau.</p>

		<p>Frauen sind unter Informatikfachleuten in allen EU-Mitgliedstaaten untervertreten. Betrachtet man den Anteil der Frauen an Informatiklernenden und Studierenden in der Schweiz nach Ausbildungstyp, so zeigt sich, dass der Anteil der Frauen seit 2001 fast nicht mehr angestiegen ist und immer zwischen 10% und 12% betrug. Im Jahr 2018 erreichte er nun zum ersten Mal 13%.</p>

		<p>Diese Frage stellen heute viele Menschen, denn immer wieder lesen, hören oder sehen wir in den Medien, dass es in der Schweiz einen Mangel an Pflegepersonal gibt, der sich bei ausbleibenden Massnahmen zu einem Pflegenotstand entwickeln kann. Wer wird uns in Zukunft pflegen? Weiterhin vor allem Frauen in schlecht bezahlten Pflegeberufen mit hohen Austrittsraten? Männer im Pflegeberuf sind ja nach wie vor eine Seltenheit. Oder ändert sich dies gerade?</p>
