Diversity drives performance; yet, in most industries, including technology, women are under-represented in leadership. Boston Consulting Group surveyed 457 female tech leaders and 300 of their male colleagues to understand how women make it to the top in the technology industry. One key takeaway: early career wins are critical for women.
